It’s an agreement
( see printed ) whereby the real estate group Great Estate –Chesterton offers its clients, in a given time period, at least four properties to view accompanied by in-depth details of each.
Each proposal submitted will be produced together with a verified report in which the investment will be analysed in-depth with all the possible problems of purchase, such as appearance and structural planning of the building and the installation of plumbing and electrics etc. Also, if there are any restrictions on the real value of the property a proper due diligence will be carried out so you can buy your property without any nasty surprises.
This contract allows the client to have a wide range of services in addition to those already provided by the Great Estate –Chesterton real estate agency namely:
• Preview of plans for real estate investments.
As the current real estate market offers excellent investment opportunities. This allows clients to actualise their real estate business.

At the signing of the contract the client will pay Great Estate –Chesterton Group 0.2% plus VAT as required by law.
