L'Appetito is a lovely apartment, located in the upper part of Via dell'Appetito, a quiet and peaceful location but within walking distance of the center and all amenities.
It has a large terrace and a large, well-equipped summer kitchen.
Entering from the driveway where two cars can be conveniently parked, we are immediately greeted by the large summer kitchen with shower and barbecue as well as a livable terrace of about 10 square meters. The house has a spacious living-dining area, with two sofas and a curved 60-inch TV. Opposite is the fully equipped kitchen with appliances and a utility room with a washing machine.
To the left there is a double bedroom with French doors leading to the terrace and a bathroom with shower. To the right we find two double bedrooms, a single bedroom, a second bathroom with shower. From one of the double bedrooms there is an exit to the terrace. There are mosquito nets on all French doors.
The terrace is equipped with nice wicker garden furniture, sun beds and sun shades. The summer kitchen is masonry, with a stove, stone sink, gas BBQ, and a small refrigerator. There is an outdoor shower, a small sofa, and a table that seats 8.
You enter through the private gate, where you can park up to 2 cars.
