Great Estate is the Italian real estate agencies' network specialized in the purchase of farmhouses, villas, farms, villages and luxury castles and, generally speaking, of real estate investment opportunities, to international clients.
The international market loves the regions of Tuscany, Umbria, Marche, Liguria, Sardinia, Sicily and Apulia and the biggest cities, touristic destination and core business of the country, Florence, Rome, Venice and Milan;
Nevertheless, Great Estate wants to look to the whole Italian country and plans to reach the entire national territory in four years, from 2017 to 2020. The goal is to satisfy the national and international clients' requests for the other Italian regions in which the Brand is not present yet. (see our offices)
Great Estate Staff consists of Italian professionals who love the beauty and the culture of our amazing Italy and of international professionals who have chosen to live in our “Bel Paese”. These latter can transmit their life experience to the international customers, facilitating their purchase process of the properties of the group's wide database.
The group is an international team of over 80 consultants lead by the Managing Director Stefano Petri. The consultants handle with professionalism, fairness and big success, the purchase of luxury estates to prestigious and specifically international customers.

Our history

Great Estate has been created in 2001, its first office was an old garage of about 12 square meters in a small town named Piazze, in the Municipality of Cetona, Province of Siena.
Through Stefano Petri's technical skills and law knowledge, and through IT expertise and aptitude to innovation, Great Estate realizes that the right technology can make the difference even in an area that is mainly based on direct and human relationships.In few years, the computerization of a method has lead to the positioning of Great Estate amongst the major real estate brokerage companies in Italy.
A successful group, whose actions have brought national and international clients of the highest level to trust the group itself with their own properties or their own dreams. Paolo Bulgari (president of Bulgari S.p.a.), Leonardo Ferragamo, Rijkman Groening (former president of A.BN. AMRO Bank), Duncan NIederauer (former President of the American Stock Exchange of Wall Street), Tricia Guild (famous British interior designer), Antonio Armellini (Italian Ambassador in India with many institutional and political roles), Luca Argentero e Vincenzo Salemme (Celebrities), and many other relevant people of finance, show business and politics with whom we have finalized, and still continue to finalize, remarkable successful purchases.
Since 2013, Great Estate has embarked a development project as international network for Italian agencies, to present the eminent Italian real estate offer to an always increasing number of international clients all over the world.
The technology that has distinguished Great Estate right from its beginning has lead to the creation of Reality, a valuation software and a system to manage the partner agencies of the group, able to guarantee quality of work within Great Estate network, providing services and a superior qualitative offer on the whole national area.

Great Estate can rely on expert professionals capable of taking care of the purchase process in its every step, from the first contact with the client to the signature of the contractual document in front of the Public Notary, together with the after-sale services by the services-provider partners.
