State of repair

Interventions on the farmhouse and outbuilding, which took place respectively in 2006 and 1998/2000, completely renovated the rooms and made the entire construction earthquake-proof. At the same time, great attention was paid to the preservation of traditional Tuscan elements, such as wooden beams and terracotta floors. Energy efficiency work has recently been carried out, resulting in the main house having an energy class F and the outbuilding an energy class E.
