State of repair

The buildings have been completely renovated in 2008-2010. The garden and swimming pool have been improved in 2019-2020. The kitchen was recently completely renovated with a full-size fridge and freezer (to comfortably cater for groups). The entire kitchen, completely custom-made, is equipped with ample storage space, copious cupboards and a larder area. Vaulted ceilings, or those with wooden beams and terracotta tiles. Very refined floors in handmade terracotta on the ground floor and basement and oak parquet on the first floor. Beautiful unique internal staircase made of fine marble.
