The San Pancrazio Mill Dating back to the Middle Ages, it likely served as a watchtower for the Abbey of Collemedio due to its location at the ford of the river. It preserves the deep walls at the base of the tower (between the current kitchen and bathroom); later, the tower was truncated, but the view from the back still shows its powerful structure. In the room adjacent to the tower (the downstairs living room), there is a very deep arrow slit; another arrow slit is located at the base of the staircase. Subsequently, it became a water mill: the San Pancrazio Mill. In the plans, the channel that carried water to the current fireplace is still visible; above the fireplace, there is a connection point for the gear. The water flowed outside into a channel, and it was by the bank of this channel that the old elm tree had developed. The miller lived in the upper part of the house, in the hall on the first floor and the two adjacent rooms, accessing it via an external staircase. The house retained its function as a mill until the first half of the last century. The part corresponding to the current kitchen and the room above is not medieval but dates back to the 20th century. The connection to the water supply was established only a few years ago. The barn is also equipped with electricity and drinking water, while we cannot confirm with certainty if gas is available. It is officially recognized as a property of historical, architectural, and environmental interest.
