The property was completely rebuilt in about 2007, re-using the original stones, wooden beams and handmade terracotta flooring, which give the property its typical rustic style.

The property has an LPG heating system, assisted by a thermo-fireplace (only in the main building) and a pellet heating system (only in the annex). The water supply, on the other hand, is guaranteed by a private well.
