This antique property, dating back to 1700, has been completely and finely restored. Its particular name comes from the splendid American vine that spreads all over its façade and turns red during autumn, giving the farmhouse a unique peculiarity. The property boasts a very panoramic location, surrounded by hills and woods, overlooking the Umbrian valley and marvellous town such as for example Todi.
