The buildings are ready to move in, thanks to interventions that have characterised a typical rural renovation, partly vintage style and partly contemporary, with the preservation of the local materials and the addition of convenient modern features. Eventual improvement works and adjustments could enhance the beauty of the property. There was a study project (to be verified) for a panoramic terrace with portico below and the possibility to restore an annex and some gazeboes currently used as woodshed.

This property is set in Umbria, in the municipality of Parrano, at the border with Tuscany, in a hilly position among woods and green meadows. It is located in a spot easy to reach from the A1 motorway exit of Fabro, with a last stretch of dirt road (about 4km) that goes among the hills and is currently under maintenance. From Parrano, it is possible to easily reach all the major characteristic hamlets in Umbria, Tuscany and Lazio. The A1 motorway exit and the railway station of Fabro are 15km away. Two international airports are reachable in 50minutes and about 2hours.
