The property has four double bedrooms, furnished with care and attention to detail, for a comfortable rest after a day of exploration.

Interiors

The entire property is composed as follows: on the ground floor, you will find a newly installed kitchen that stands out for its modernity and functionality, with a beautiful central island that adds style and practicality to the space. A coffee corner completes the dining experience, offering guests the chance to enjoy a delicious Italian coffee at any time of the day.
Also on the ground floor, you will find a room dedicated to relaxation with a library and comfortable seats, ideal for browsing a book or enjoying a glass of wine in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The TV room is furnished with a large and comfortable sofa, perfect for spending pleasant evenings with friends.
Upstairs, the villa offers four spacious bedrooms, two of them with en-suite bathrooms.
In addition, the property has an annex with a fitness corner and a bathroom, which offers guests the opportunity to maintain an active lifestyle even during their stay.

Thanks to the proximity of the A1 motorway and the Chiusi or Fabro railway station, both Florence and Rome are easily reachable. Close to the property are the lovely towns of Citta della Pieve and Monteleone, with lots of lovely restaurants and bars for an authentic Italian lifestyle. The Unesco site of the splendid Val d'Orcia is just on the other side of the valley and here there are magnificent spa towns such as San Casciano dei Bagni, Bagni Vignoni and Chianciano Terme, all close at hand to spend a relaxing day . You will find yourself immersed in one of the most renowned areas of western Umbria to taste terrific wines or experience prestigious wineries and quality restaurants. Whether you are looking for traditional restaurants or looking for level experiences in starred restaurants, here you can give vent to all your gastronomic desires. A few kilometers away is the lake, Trasimeno, but also the Tuscan towns as Montepulciano and Pienza for a gastronomic break and a good glass of wine. Vacanza perfetta in una casa bellissima e completamente attrezzata. Ci siamo goduti ogni spazio, gli interni, puliti e confortevoli, e gli esterni, dalla colazione sotto il portico, ai bagni in piscina, ai tramonti e alle serate sotto le stelle.
Ci abbiamo lasciato il cuore e ci torneremmo molto volentieri
