Villa Contemporary Blue, a luxury villa with panoramic views of Monte Argentario's crystal-clear sea and private swimming pool is located in the beautiful resort of Porto Santo Stefano, just a few steps from the centre.
Interiors
The first floor welcomes you with the entrance with a large living room characterised by panoramic windows that give brightness and an exciting view of the surrounding landscape. Also, on this level we find a kitchen complete with Gaggenau appliances and fitted with all equipment, an open-plan dining area and a service bathroom.
The ground floor comprises a splendid master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and separate walk-in wardrobe, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom.
The floor below comprises a beautiful, totally independent apartment with an American-style kitchen and living area and 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom; a large, well-equipped laundry area completes this floor.
The three floors are connected by a beautiful spiral staircase and the entire property was designed by a prestigious architectural firm in Rome, as well as having been published in various national and international interior design magazines.
The second floor, which can only be accessed externally, offers a fitness room complete with exercise bikes and a large solarium.
Exteriors
The villa is surrounded by a lush, well-maintained garden with a total area of 1,100 square metres and an oval-shaped swimming pool. With beautiful sea views, the villa boasts an outdoor lounge area with comfortable sofas where guests can enjoy true moments of relaxation. There are also generous outdoor dining areas with large tables. The property also has an annexe for the villa staff, located in the upper area of the property. The housekeeping staff lives in the annexe and will take care of the villa throughout your stay.
The Argentario is famous for its rugged coastline where you can find coves and beaches with crystal-clear turquoise water. They are also of remarkable beauty from a naturalistic point of view. This is why they are part of the Cetacean Sanctuary, established in 1991, as a protected natural marine area of international interest. The two towns on the promontory are Porto Santo Stefano to the north-west and Porto Ercole, of more ancient origins, to the south-east. Porto Santo Stefano faces the northern side of the peninsula and is a picturesque seaside resort. The promenade designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro and the harbour, where one encounters the town's true seafaring soul, are very popular. From here you can set off to explore the nearby island of Giglio. There are countless beaches and coves in Argentario: among them is the nearby Giannella beach with fine, clear sand and surrounded by a cobalt blue sea. Beautiful, but not equipped, are Cala del Gesso and Cala Grande, perfect for relaxing off the beaten track.
