Ville nell'Oasi are three villas identical in composition and square footage, but slightly different in interior and exterior furnishings. All three consist of a spacious, fully equipped main villa with 2 guest houses and a 25-meter private pool, surrounded by a private garden, which extends to the beach, offering maximum comfort, privacy and relax with no neighbors around. You are booking one of them.

Interiors

Ville nell'Oasi are simply and elegantly furnished in modern countryside style; they consist of the main villa and two guesthouses. The main villa has a total of two floors and an attic: the ground floor consists of a living room with a fireplace, leading to an outdoor sitting area, a spacious dining room with a large convivial table, with large French window doors filling the room with lots of natural light, with direct access to the outdoor dining area, a kitchen, a laundry, and a service room with bathroom.
The first floor comprises four ensuite bedrooms, some of them with walk in closets, and the attic floor leads to a twin bedroom with a bathroom, perfect for kids.
The bigger guesthouse has a comfortable TV/cinema room, a double bedroom, and a bathroom, and the smaller one is a cozy suite composed of a double bedroom, bathroom and walk in closet.
All the bedrooms are air-conditioned, the villa offers Sky satellite TV and high speed Wi-Fi.

Exteriors

The villas are surrounded by a large, private garden, offering guests outside shaded sitting and dining areas, a pizza oven and a 25 mt long swimming pool with sunbeds and a shower. The pool is heated in cooler months, permitting to enjoy the villa all year round. The garden then extends to a field up to the beach dune, comfortably connected by paths, perfect for jogging, running or simply walking. For those who prefer full comfort, an electric golf car, private for each villa, is at your complete disposal to reach the beach at no time!
Each villa comes with a private beach hut equipped with sun loungers. La Macchia private beach club from one side and L’Ultima spiaggia and La Dogana from the other one offer a possibility of high-end beach facilities with no one in between. A slice of heaven all for you…
