The complete renovation of the villa, including its lush gardens, was completed in 2021, using the finest materials such as marble and parquet, marmorino, wall paintings in grisaille technique by a famous Italian artist. The finishes include leather, tapestries, handcrafted and luxury furniture.

The villa does not have a swimming pool at present, it has private access to the sea; at the shore, in a fenced and protected area, there is a pavilion equipped for relaxation, bathroom with shower, parasols and sunbeds. The area adjacent to the villa has a developed network of scenic footpaths and recreational areas.
There is a heliport and ample internal parking.
The entire property is guarded 24 hours a day by the private security company.
