Interior
We are greeted by a very large living area with TV corner and fireplace, then the hallway, which leads to the kitchen, three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large panoramic terrace and solarium. A few steps from the villa we find a delightful annex, consisting of: living room with sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom. Adjacent we find a large room used as storage room, cellar and laundry room. The strong point of the property is definitely the outdoor spaces. Attention to detail, with pergolas, barbecues, dining areas, lounging areas, fruit trees and fantastic belvederes offer striking views of the islands and provide enchanting sunsets.

Park and Pool
Around the property there are paved areas, an English garden and the large park of approx. 4000mt characterized by the typical plants and vegetation of Maremma. The round pool with the breathtaking view is the highlight. The context is very well cared for, nature is the master and therefore it is easy to be immersed in silence, having one of the most beautiful beaches of the promontory at your doorstep. The beach can be reached in 5 minutes and offers bar and restaurant and beach facilities. Private parking for 3 cars.
