Interiors

On the ground floor we find a sophisticated grand living room, a smaller one and a dining room complimented with a veranda. We then find two bathrooms and two bedrooms, one of which has an adjacent study room, equipped with a desk and sofa. The floor consists of handcrafted ceramics coming from the Amalfi coast. All beds have Simmons new mattresses of high quality. On the second level, the floor is made of wooden boards original from south Tyrol. We then find six rooms and four bathrooms, one of which is attached to the master suite, consisting in two rooms and equipped with a king size bed. All of the bedrooms are equipped with air condition. The main rooms of the house are served by a latest generation Bose stereo system, the televisions in the master bedroom and in the lounge are all served by apple TV and Sky. All the interiors have been designed by the architect Gaia Meriggioli from M.O.I. & Associates.
Great attention has been given to the fitness and wellness area, here we find a gym, a sauna made of precious and fragrant pine wood, with a large window overlooking the garden, and a Turkish bath. Both sauna and Turkish bath are Starpool, leading company in luxury hotels’ wellness centers around the world. The garden, Mediterranean flora, was directed by architects Antonella Daroda and Ginevra Conte, creating numerous and different corners of relax, so that it is possible to rest in new settings, depending on the light and on the solar radiation.

Exteriors

We find a splendid 17-meter swimming pool, ideal for swimming. The pool is sanitized with the salts of life, a compound of magnesium potassium and sodium which are good for the skin and relax the body, just like the best thermal waters. The pool is surrounded by solid teak wood heated floor.
